Tell us which property you want us to manage and what you need to solve: getting it started, delegating bookings, improving organisation or hiring cleaning and maintenance. The proposal is prepared according to the property and the scope of the service, without promising guaranteed income.

What information helps us advise you

• Location: town and area of the property.
• Capacity: bedrooms, bathrooms and expected number of guests.
• Current situation: whether it already receives bookings or is still being prepared.
• Main need: full management, bookings, cleaning, maintenance or refurbishment.
• Availability: dates you want to rent out and periods of personal use.

You do not need to send title deeds, identity documents or bank details for a first enquiry. If we need documentation later, we will agree with you how to share it.

What the next step looks like

We will review the information to understand the starting point and confirm operational coverage. Then we can define the tasks, any missing data and the terms of the proposal. If you already have bookings, let us know so we can take them into account when organising a possible transition.

Tourist rental management has a 14 % + VAT commission, with the calculation basis and conditions detailed in the proposal. Cleaning from €35 and laundry from €25, built into the price guests pay. You can read our plans and pricing and the owner FAQs before getting in touch.
