We manage flats, houses, apartments and tourist accommodation with a clear system: the owner collects directly from the platforms and pays AlicanteStay once they have been paid. Simple, transparent and hassle-free.

Everything included in the management: listing and optimisation on portals, guest support, dynamic pricing, daily manual review, operational coordination, monthly reporting and owner portal.

Referred owners programme
We are looking for new owners who want to delegate the tourist management of their properties. If a client refers an owner and that property comes under AlicanteStay management, we offer a commission of 5 % of what we collect for that referred client.

The owner collects directly from the platforms. They then pay AlicanteStay once they have been paid. It is a simple, clear and transparent system.
Does the owner pay for cleaning and laundry?
Cleaning and laundry are included in the price guests pay for their bookings. Cleaning starts from €35 and laundry from €25, depending on the property and its needs.
Do you have an owner portal?
Yes. Owners have a portal to see statistics, occupancy, profitability and the performance of the property.
Do you only work with Airbnb and Booking?
No. We manage properties on more than 20 booking portals, including Booking, Airbnb, Agoda, Vrbo and other channels.
