First we review the condition of the property, the listing if one already exists, and the tasks you want to delegate. Then we agree the preparation, the calendar and the coordination of cleaning and guest support. For a new property joining us, coverage is confirmed with management and according to operational needs.
Management includes guest support from 6:00 to 21:30 and distribution across 20 portals, including Airbnb, Booking, Agoda and Vrbo. We use advanced AI tools together with a daily manual price review. We do not promise a fixed occupancy level: the result also depends on the property, demand and the dates available.
What we need for a valuation
Send the location, capacity, bed layout, current photos and the dates you use the property yourself. If the property is already active, add upcoming bookings and information on income and costs. With that data we can compare scenarios; without it, a yield figure would be of little use.
