AlicanteStay is the holiday rental management brand of Neurogestión SL and is run by Miguel Torres. We work with owners who want to hand over bookings, guest support and the preparation of their properties, while staying informed about what is happening with their property.
Our service starts by understanding your property
The management proposal is tailored to the condition of the property, its availability and the tasks the owner needs to delegate. A new property needs its launch organised; one that already takes guests may need better listings, lower costs or better coordination. Listening to that starting point avoids proposing the same work to everyone.
We focus on linking commercial decisions to day-to-day reality: what is advertised must be deliverable, and every booking must have proper preparation. We do not offer guaranteed income, and we do not present a simulation as if it were a result already achieved.
Technology with human review
We use advanced AI tools to support analysis and improve management. Dynamic pricing is backed by a daily manual review. Technology helps spot signals, but decisions must take into account the reality of the property and the terms agreed.
Distribution across 20 portals includes Airbnb, Booking, Agoda and Vrbo. Guest support is available from 6:00 to 21:30 every day, and owners get monthly reporting and a portal to check statistics, occupancy and yield.

Services that go with management
As well as bookings and pricing, we offer cleaning, laundry, maintenance, full renovations, decoration and welcome packs. The scope of each service is set according to the property; a renovation or a specialist installation needs its own quote.

Owners who recommend us
We have a client referral programme: we offer a commission of 5% of what we earn from the referred client. Before taking part, we agree how the referred client is identified, the amounts that apply and the settlement terms. It is not equal to 5% of all the owner’s booking income.
