Want to advertise your holiday flat, a long-term home or a room and manage the rental yourself? The first step is to prepare a listing that makes clear what you are offering, how much it costs and what kind of stay it is available for. At AlicanteStay we are preparing a space for listings between private individuals, separate from our professional management service.

Public registration for advertisers is not yet available. You can ask us about your property; this enquiry does not publish a listing or sign you up to a service. The terms for publishing will be communicated before registration opens.
What type of rental do you want to advertise?
Duration alone does not describe an offer. Identify the purpose of the stay, whether the whole property or a room is let, and which costs are included. Do not present as equivalent arrangements that have different requirements.
| Type | Information the searcher needs | How to make the price clear |
|---|---|---|
| Holiday rental | Capacity, equipment, availability, rules and the identification details required of the accommodation. | Price per night and additional charges, including cleaning and services where applicable. |
| Seasonal let | Temporary purpose of the stay, dates, conditions and services included. | Price per month or per stay, with utilities, deposit and other items clearly separated. |
| Long-term let | Features of the property, availability and conditions for use as a main residence. | Monthly rent, expenses included and not included, and any guarantees that apply. |
| Room | Private space, shared areas, living arrangements, occupancy and type of stay. | Rent per room and the criterion for sharing common expenses. |
How to prepare a useful rental listing
1. A specific title and a complete description
Explain the type of property, the area and one real feature: a terrace, a lift, the number of bedrooms or proximity to a well-known landmark. Avoid repeating keywords and phrases such as “the best flat” without giving facts. Make clear the layout, floor area if you know it, floor level, accessibility, heating and cooling, and furnishings.
2. Current photographs of every space
Include the living room, bedrooms, kitchen, bathrooms and outdoor areas. For a room, show both the private space and the areas that are shared. Use images of your own property that you have the right to use, with no personal documents, number plates or items that reveal private information. The photographs should reflect what the interested person will find.
3. Price, costs and availability with no surprises
Separate the rent from other items. State whether water, electricity, internet or cleaning are included and how they are settled when they are not. Keep the dates up to date: a listing for a property that is already occupied generates enquiries you cannot deal with. Do not mix nightly prices with monthly rents in the same comparison.
4. Understandable conditions and safe contact
Explain capacity, rules of use and the conditions of the stay in an objective way. Do not publish ID numbers (DNI), signed contracts, bank details or other people’s documents. Before agreeing a deal, verify the identity of the parties and the details of the property through an appropriate channel.
Advertise as a private individual or hand over the management
Publishing a listing is not the same as hiring someone to manage the rental. If you do it yourself, you will have to answer enquiries, keep availability up to date and coordinate the tasks for the property. If you prefer to hand it over, we can look at what support you need.
- Rental flat management in Alicante: monitoring of rent, payments, expenses and incidents.
- Room rental management: individual monitoring and organisation of shared matters.
- Holiday apartment management: running the accommodation and looking after guests during their stays.
Questions about listing a property
Can I already create an account and publish?
Not yet. We are preparing the advertiser area and its review before opening. For now you can contact AlicanteStay to ask about your case.
Will it be only for holiday apartments?
The planned structure covers holiday, seasonal and long-term lets, for both whole properties and rooms. Each listing will have to identify its actual type of rental.
How much will it cost to advertise?
The charges for publishing have not yet been defined. We do not assume it will be free, nor do we apply the fee for our management services to a listing.
Will AlicanteStay manage all the flats listed?
No. The space for private individuals and the management services are separate. Publishing a listing is not the same as hiring management of your property.
Tell us which property you want to let
Tell us the area, type of property, type of rental and whether you want to manage it yourself or need support. There is no need to send private documents in the first enquiry.
